Rule 10A
Records should be organized

(1) Details of appointments, transfers, postings, medical treatment and study leave, extraordinary leave, maternity leave, maternity care leave and unpaid leave of civil servants should be updated in the personal details of the respective employees in the civil library.
(2) Salary and allowance will not be paid without verifying the personal details (citroll) of the newly appointed employee and obtaining the signal number.
(3) When paying medical treatment to a civil servant, the payment shall not be made without updating the records related to the payment amount in the civil library.
(3a) The letter of approval of such leave will be given to the concerned employee only after receiving the information that study leave, extraordinary leave and unpaid leave has been approved and the record of the same has been updated from the civil library.
(4) For the purpose of keeping records on the matters mentioned in this rule, the civil library shall organize the records on the same day or if that day is not possible, and inform the relevant office by the following day.
(5) The responsible official who implements the decision without updating the record according to this rule will be punished by department.
(6) After leaving the service, the records related to the civil servant shall be preserved until he receives the facilities required by the Act or these regulations or until his pension certificate is issued. Prepare two copies of the Pension Authorization Certificate issued by mentioning the reference number, date of appointment, total service period and date of retirement of the civil servant who retired from service to receive pension and one copy is made available to the concerned employee or his family member and the other copy is given when necessary. It should be kept as safe as possible.
